Once you’ll arrive at Fonte Flavia, you will become carefree and won’t have anything to worry about. Starting from your car, which you may park in one of the two private garages.
The Country House in the Marche Region "Fonte Flavia" has two apartments: the Harvester and the Grape Harvest. The names were chosen to pay homage to the ancient tradition of the local majolicas (a kind of ceramic) depicting jobs related to farming. The use of majolicas dates back to 1400/1500 A.C. when Urbania was called Castel Durante.
Our cozy apartments, the Harvester and the Grape Harvest, await you and offer you the most modern luxury and design in a countryside environment. The style and decor are very refined and elegant, yet rustic. At the entrance of each apartment you will find a majolica depicting the job the apartment is named after. Back into the 1400-1500 A.C. those who wanted to embellish their homes used several majolicas which were originally white and blue. Inside the apartments you will find many others majolicas.
Whether you prefer the 50’s and 60’s style, decades during which the mansion was at the summit of its history, or a more modern style, one of the apartments will perfectly suit your taste during your stay. Both apartments are very well equipped with the most modern comforts.

THE HARVESTER

The apartment the Harvester is located in a detached house built in front of the barnyard across the main mansion. It was originally used to store wheat, hence its name the Harvester. Due to its origins we chose to decorate this apartment with a rustic style: exposed beams and a fireplace.
